Vietnamese Fresh Banana export
Below are some of our banana export standards
– Beautiful design, slim, long and slightly curved shape. There are no broken, cracked, scratched, double-stick, or deformed bananas.
– When harvesting, bananas are washed, dried, and not exposed to sunlight, which can cause the skin to become tanned and darken.
– Agedness from 75 – 80% is shown by the green or bright blue skin. Banana flesh is hard and ivory yellow.
– The latex of bananas does not flow into drops, and when the fruit is broken, there is sticky plastic silk.
– Stored in cartons, and filled with PE Foam foam to cover bananas when exported. Always keep bananas fresh and not crushed.
Storage in reefer container condition:
+ Temp: 5 – 10°C
+ Vent: 30 cbm
+ Humidity: 70 – 85 %
Shelf life is 10 – 20 days from harvesting in refrigerated condition at 5-10 °C
